Oral presentations should not exceed 12 minutes following a 3 minute Discussion. 

Speakers are requested to upload their presentation during the break preceding their talk. Since we will stream the presentations, you will NOT be able to use your own device/laptop for presenting.

Our presentation computers will be running on Windows 10 and are equipped with PowerPoint 2016 or newer, VLC-Player for Videos and Adobe PDF reader. Please ensure that your files are compatible with these programs. Mac users are kindly requested to save their files in a MS Office compatible format.

The preferred aspect ratio is 16:9.

Posters should be prepared in portrait format in A0 size (119 cm x  84 cm).
